Also at the same time we will propose a date for the work to begin. Only when you are happy with all this we will continue with the next stage.

3. Your order is then passed to our office and processed into worksheets for our manufacturers and fabricators in the factory.

4. Your PVCu frames and double glazed sealed units are made to the highest standards and to your exact specifications in our factory, passing our quality control before dispatched for delivery to the site.

5 .Our fitter will meet you at your property on the agreed date to commence work.

6. Work is carried out quickly and efficiently, and with the least inconvenience to yourself as we possibly can.

7. The job is not complete until all the finishing touches are done inside and out.

8. Any after sales advice and service are considered as equally important to us and we are available 8.00am 'til 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and 9.30am 'til 1.00pm Saturday, 50 weeks a year at our office and factory sales counter.
